Christy blends her passion for yoga and holistic well-being into classes that are both challenging and nurturing.
Building on a foundation of practice in Ashtanga and Vinyasa styles, Christy received her teaching certification from Prana Yoga in 2008.
She takes a multidisciplinary approach to teaching that combines alignment and flow, focus and joyful expression to bring the body and mind into balance. Classes are infused with knowledge from her areas of continuing study, which include pranayama, natural living, ayurveda and oriental medicines
